10 Free Life is currently available exclusively on 10freelife.com; you won't find our products in any stores, and no other websites are authorized to sell 10 Free Life products. Selling online only helps us to keep the cost of our products affordable!

Orders & Shipping
I already checked out and I need to change my order! What do I do?
We are not able to make changes to orders, however, if you let us know soon enough we may be able to cancel your current order so you can place a new order with the correct products. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Because we want to keep the price of 10 Free Life as low as possible, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any reason. If you have received a broken product, we're very sorry – please send us an email at support@10freechemistry.zendesk.com within 7 days and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund.
When will you re-stock sold out products?
We are working hard on restocking your favorite 10 Free Life products! In the meantime, you can sign up for our newsletters to be notified the moment they're available again. To subscribe, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your email and hit subscribe!
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days, depending on new products launches and/or promotions. It typically takes 5-10 business days after an order has shipped for US orders to arrive, although orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer. Unfortunately, shipping regulations on nail polish may restrict shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.
My polish was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it!
Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can assist. Be sure to double-check your address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it's up-to-date! If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible!
